It was touch and go there for awhile, but Field Day 1999 at L.R. Appleman
Elementary School in Benton, PA turned out to be a great success! At
6 A.M., it was raining somewhat, but by the time school started, the sun
was trying to come out. By the afternoon, it was so hot, hazy, and humid
that the students used all the plastic drinking cups we had ordered!
By all accounts, a fun time was had by all...but don't take my word for it!
